There isn't a trail race at Mt Mee, but it is a lovely place to go for a trail run. It's a 13km loop and the terrain varies from gravel road to fairly narrow trails which are very technical underfoot. There is a quite a decent ascent, with some gorgeous views from the top of the climb. Take water on the run if you think you'll need it, as there is no water available on the trail. It's a very well signposted route, so you're not likely to get lost. There are often walkers on the trail.

The trail starts from The Gantry, on Sellin Rd, Mt Mee. There are good facilities, including barbecues, toilets and taps.

Lots of bird life on this run - including kookaburras and scrub turkeys. It's a national park, so your dog isn't able to run with you on this trail.
