We've been receiving a lot of rain here lately, and the trails are just a hot mess. I know many people are not adverse to running in the rain, and I'm not either, when it's warm out. But, I'm not big on running in a cold rain and I'm also not big on ruining my shoes. So, I've been cross training a lot.

Do you cross train? Just for bad weather or is it part of your routine? What types of exercise do you add to your routine to enhance your fitness?
